Our Hot Sauces are all created locally here in SWFL. All batches are cooked and created with great care to ensure the best quality hot sauce we can provide.
We never use dried peppers for our sauces. We have found that the best hot sauces (ours) use fresh whole peppers to provide the full flavor and heat.
With any ingredients that we can source locally, we do. Fresh Mangos, Lemons, Limes and Peppers grown locally here in SWFL, some fresh and hand picked when possible! From their farm, to your bottle.
I am a fully permitted and certified acidified food processor. We are permitted through the FDACS (florida) and registered with the FDA. We follow all neccessary cleaning and safety measures to help ensure you receive not only a favorful hot sauce, but a safe one.
